RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When you order from our e-shop, you can return your pieces to us if they don't suit you. 

Returns are free of charge, except for items purchased during online Archives sales.
For these, the return cost of €7 will be deducted from your refund.

Return and exchange by post
You must register your return or exchange request online within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. 
Return and exchange in store
If you want to return or exchange your order in-store, you must do so within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. 
Items purchased from the Archives and Last Chance Sales
Items purchased during the Archives and Last Chance online sales cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Please follow the postal returns procedure. 
RETURN TRACKING
As soon as your parcel has been dropped off with the shipping or postal service, you can track its progress to our warehouse from your "My account" space, in the "My orders" section, or via the « Follow my order » page by entering the first nine digits of the order number and your email address. 
Whichever return method you choose, refunds take between two and ten days, depending on bank processing times. Payment will be made to your original payment method. If you have requested an exchange online, your new order will be dispatched within 2 to 10 days. You will be informed by email.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Packaging
Returned items must be packed in their original packaging, or failing that, in packaging that ensures they are fully protected.*
Labels
The labels must be attached to the items you are returning.
Condition of the returned items
Items returned must be new, unworn, spotlessly clean and unwashed.
*Accessories and pairs of shoes must be returned in their original bag or box.
If your return does not meet these criteria, our Customer Service will inform that your item(s) will be returned to you.
Return or exchange by post
If your order was delivered in several parcels, you can return your items together in one single parcel. Items purchased during our Archives or Last Chance sales can only be returned by post. 

You must register your return or exchange request online within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, and print out the returns shipping label. After this time, the "Register a return" button will no longer be available.

1. Go to your "My Account" space in the "My Orders" section.  Select the order concerned and click on the "Request a Return" button.
f you ordered as a visitor to the site, you can register your return by going to the "Follow my order" section: fill in the information requested (the first nine digits of your order number and your email address).

Select the item(s) you wish to return (select the item, select a reason, and then the quantity).
To obtain an exchange : Click on "exchange". A pop-up window will appear, where you can select the new size you want.  
To obtain a refund : Click on "I would like to return my item". 

Confirm your choice by selecting the "confirm my request" button. Confirm your choice again by clicking on "confirm my request". 
Then click on "Download return label" to obtain your shipping label.
Seal your parcel and affix the pre-paid return label you downloaded earlier. Returns by post are free of charge if you use our prepaid label - however, if you are paying the return postage, you will be responsible for this cost.

Drop off your return parcel at one of the nearest drop-off points.
The list of drop-off points can be found under "Find locations" on https://www.chronopost.fr/en/private#/step-home, or https://www.ups.com/be/en/home depending on your prepaid return label.
Return and exchange in store
You cannot exchange or return an item bought in an online ‘Archives’ or ‘Last Chance’ sale to a store.

If you want to return or exchange your order in-store, you must do so within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Take the item(s) in its/their original condition and your delivery note to one of our eligible shops.

You can return your online order to any of our stores, except for affiliated stores, our outlet stores and department store concessions. To find out more about and locate our different sales outlets, you can consult our interactive map here

If you would like to exchange an item : please choose a different size, colour or piece directly with our sales team.
If you would like a refund: : our team will be happy to issue it to you at the till using the same method of payment that you used to make your purchase.
Frequently asked questions
How to make a return ?
You can return your items to us free of charge if they do not suit you, provided they are in their original packaging and condition (unworn, unwashed, and with their price tags attached).

You can choose to either return your order by mail (within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt) or visit a store (within 30 days after receiving your order). Items purchased during the Archives online sales and items labeled "Last Chance" cannot be returned in-store.

Whichever return method you choose, you can request either an exchange or a refund.

RETURN BY MAIL

1 | If you have a customer account, go to your "My Account" area, under the "My Orders" section. Select the relevant order and click the "Request an exchange or return" button. If you ordered as a guest, you can find your orders via the "Order Tracking" page by entering your 9-digit order number (e.g., 311300000) and your email address. The "Request an exchange or return" button is only available within 14 days following the date of receipt of your order.

2 | Select your return option: online or in-store and confirm your choice.

3 | Select the item(s) you wish to return (choose a reason, then the quantity). To request an exchange, click "Exchange." A pop-up will appear asking you to select the desired new size. To get a refund, click "I want to return my item".

4 | Confirm your choices by clicking the "Confirm my request" button.

5 | Once on the summary page of your request, click again on "Confirm my request" if your return request is correct. To modify it, you can go back by selecting "Modify my request".

Then click on "Download return label" to get your shipping label and your customs form.

Make sure the items are in their original condition and all tags are attached. Place the items in their packaging. Close your parcel and affix the prepaid return label you downloaded. Return by postal mail is free if you use our prepaid label — however, if you pay for return shipping yourself, the costs will be your responsibility.

6 | Drop off your return parcel at your choice of:

Your local post office
A Chronopost network retailer (drop-off points www.chronoshop2shop.com/)
A UPS network retailer (drop-off points www.ups.com)
Once the parcel is taken in charge by the post office, you can track its delivery to our warehouse from your "My Account" area under "My Orders" or via the "Order Tracking" page by entering your 9-digit order number (e.g., 311300000) and your email address.

7 | Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it. If the return complies with the refund conditions, you will be informed by email and credited within 2 to 10 days on the payment method used at purchase. For an exchange request, you will receive a new order confirmation email once we have received your return parcel.

For returns of Archives orders, a €7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN IN STORE

Except for items purchased during our Archives or Last Chance sales, online order returns can be made in-store.

To do so, visit one of our eligible stores (returns are excluded in our affiliated stores, outlet stores, and department store corners) within 30 days of receiving your order. Here you can find the list of our store types.

Bring your items in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, with price tags) and your delivery note.

Present yourself to our team who will process your return or exchange directly at the till.
I can't find my return label – what should I do?
Our return process is fully digital, so you will not receive a return form or label in your parcel. To obtain your label, please register your return online by following the detailed steps here.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange or refund and download your return label directly from our online store.
How do I return an item purchased during our Archives Sales?
For items purchased during the Archives Sales, the return procedure by post is the same as for other orders. Please note that exchanges and in-store returns are not possible for items purchased during the Archives Sales or those categorized as “Last Chance.”
