Delivery methods

YOUR DELIVERY

We offer the following delivery methods so that you can enjoy your items as soon as possible:

• Standard home delivery 3-4 days* - FREE
• Delivery to a collection point: 3-4 days* - FREE
• Delivery to a Claudie Pierlot shop: 3-4 days* - FREE
• Express home delivery: 1-2 days*- 6 €

All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the same day. As part of an exchange order, it will be shipped within 2 to 5 days after we receive your initially ordered item in our warehouse, subject to stock availability. You will be notified by email. Shipping is free, regardless of the shipping method originally chosen.

*At times of increased sales activity, it may take longer and certain delivery methods may not be available. Delivery times begin when your order is dispatched.
Home deliveries are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

For Archives sale items, standard and collection point deliveries are available within 7 to 10 working days. In-store and express home deliveries are not available.

TRACK MY ORDER

As soon as your order is transferred to our courier, you can track your parcel via:

• - Your "My Account" space in the "My Orders" section (this option is not available if you have placed an order in guest mode without creating an account).
• - The Track my order page, where you can enter your order number, email address and delivery postcode.
• - The link in your shipping confirmation email. As part of an exchange order, you can track the shipment by entering your new order number and email address in the "Follow my order" section.

If you are away at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a delivery slip so you can collect your item from your post office.

If your parcel is being delivered to one of our stores, you have the option of collecting it within 14 days. You can view the list of our eligible shops.
